We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items, personalized products.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at tramastluggage.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

2. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.
